No. You download the quote as a PDF, or copy a link and send it another way. A connected inbox just saves the switching.

What if you don't have my invoicing system yet?

Tell us which one you use. In the meantime you can send quotes and take confirmed orders. Documents come once the connection is there.

Does Volaryx know the customer paid?

Yes — if invoicing is connected, the app picks up the payment and you see it on the document. You move the order on from there.
