Where your data lives and who can reach it
We ask you to connect your invoicing and your email inbox. That is a big ask. Here is, without fluff, what happens to your data — and what we do not do with it.

Your prices stay yours
Your customer’s browser only gets the final number — your hourly rate, material purchase prices, markups and discount tiers never appear there. And no company on Volaryx can see another company’s data: orders, prices and customers are separated in the data, not just on the screen.

Access to your invoicing and carriers is encrypted
Keys you enter in the admin are stored encrypted, belong only to your company and never appear in the interface.

Your email content is not stored with us
When you connect a mailbox, messages stay in your inbox and are read live. We do not keep a copy — disconnect and there is nothing on our side to delete.

Data stays in Europe
Orders and prices live in Europe (Frankfurt) and are backed up daily. Model files are there too, but only for a while — they are not backed up and later delete themselves.

We never overwrite your prices or settings
When we improve the default materials or rates, it only affects newly created accounts. We never touch your setup — not even “for your own good”.

Customer models delete themselves after a while
We delete model files after 14 to 365 days, according to your plan. Order history and customer details stay — you do not have to tidy them up.

When you ask for help, we open only your account
We do not go there on a whim. While helping, we cannot send email as you.
What the embed script on your site does — and does not
The line you paste on your website renders the calculator. Nothing more than needed to price and send an inquiry.
Does
- Shows the calculator in your colours.
- The model is calculated in your customer’s browser. We put the price together on our side, so your rates stay with you. The file reaches us only when they actually send the inquiry.
- Delivers the finished inquiry into your admin.
Does not
- Register your customers with us.
- Run third-party tracking scripts.
- Record the screen or visitor behaviour.
Who we are
Volaryx is software we build and run. You contract with Ondřej Hubáček as a self-employed person. Stripe handles subscription payments — the card number never reaches us.
